Haley Moak grew up in rural Baker City, Oregon. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Washington State University. After her undergraduate studies, she worked both as a Medication Aide at an assisted living facility and taught human anatomy labs at her university. She then completed her formal education at Pacific University where she earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has a passion for preventative healthcare by supporting and educating patients to live a healthy lifestyle. She is dedicated to practice evidence based medicine and strives to improve patient’s overall quality of life through their acute and chronic diseases processes. Most of her hands on experience prior to Physician Assistant School was with geriatric patients, although she enjoys all aspects of family medicine.
Haley and her husband enjoy many outdoor activities especially skiing, climbing and running. She enjoys serving and spending time with her church family. She is also passionate about international travel and learning about other cultures. She has a personal goal to use her medical knowledge to improve the lives of others and provide health education to underserved areas.
